This ice sculpture was made in Timmins for their winter festival in 2002.

I can't take credit for the ice scupture, just the picture of the sculpture.

Since 9/11, which resulted in the deaths of my friend and her mother and brother, I would (almost religiously) search for the American flag around town and school as well as looking through 9/11 memorials on the internet. Thank you for posting this picture, it is one of my favorites and I return every year on this day to print it out and hang it for around three days afterwords, remembering and praying for my friend and her family. Thank you once again for sharing this with the deviant community and the public who could not be there at the time was built to see its splendor in reality.
